TCR Past Performance - Part 1

Another brilliant discussion on Dan Illman's FormBlog has inspired me to post a little more about the TCR system I have listed in the right hand column. There is a concise explanantion of how the points are tallied but there is no information in how the system would have worked in previous years. Without getting too tedious I thought I'd post the finalists for the last 3 years. If anyone wants more information they may request it back to 1999. But remember the most important thing to consider is that I do not consider the top ranked horse to necessarily be the rightful award winner. Its most important function in this case is identifying the top 5 finalists.
